Biofeedback Session Package – Terms & Conditions (EU)

By purchasing a biofeedback session package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prepayment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to benefit from package pricing. Invoices are available upon request and comply with applicable EU VAT or tax regulations.

2. Package Validity Period
Packages of 10, 15, or 20 sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable beyond the validity window.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be counted as used. Exceptions may apply in cases of medical emergencies or force majeure.

4. Refund Policy
Sessions already attended are non-refundable.
Refunds for unused sessions may be requested in writing, subject to the following conditions:

A €50 administrative fee applies.
Any attended sessions will be recalculated at the standard per-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

5. Non-Transferability
Packages are for the exclusive use of the named client and may not be transferred to another individual.

6. Scheduling Expectations
To ensure therapeutic effectiveness, clients are encouraged to maintain a regular session frequency (e.g., once to four times per month). Advance booking is recommended to secure availability.

7. Scope of the Package
The package includes biofeedback follow-up sessions only. The initial consultation is not included and is billed separately. Any additional services—such as written reports, assessments, or complementary therapies—may incur extra charges unless explicitly included in writing.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
All personal and health-related data is managed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Client information is stored securely and handled with the strictest confidentiality.
